About
The Clay Target Shooting Range Brno Soběšice is a federal facility of the Czech Shooting Union (ČSS), located in the Soběšice district of Brno, Czech Republic. The range specializes in trap and skeet shooting and is one of the leading venues in the country for athlete training and hosting official competitions.
The range features layouts for trap and skeet — Olympic disciplines of clay target shooting. Additionally, the competition calendar regularly includes events for Compak Sporting and Para Trap. The range hosts top-level competitions: the Czech Championship in Trap, the Brno Grand Prix in Skeet and Trap, the Sellier & Bellot Cup in Para Trap, as well as the World Championship in Para Trap. Mondays and Fridays are reserved for the national team's training.
For visitors without a firearm permit, the range offers vouchers and gift certificates for clay shooting — both for individual guests and groups. The facility includes a whirlpool (jacuzzi). The range actively engages youth: the Brno School of Clay Target Shooting traditionally serves as a base for training future members of the Czech national team.
