About

Wurfscheibenarena Brunnen — a shooting range for clay target shooting located in the village of Brunnen (district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen, Bavaria, Germany), situated in a triangle between Munich, Ingolstadt, and Augsburg. The range is owned by the Sportschützen Brunnen e.V. club and is open to athletes, hunters, and beginners alike.

The range offers two disciplines of clay target shooting: trap (sporting and hunting) and skeet (hunting). For trap, five machines are available for launching targets; for skeet, there are two towers, one high and one low. The range meets the requirements of the Bavarian guidelines for environmentally friendly operation of shooting facilities from 2003 and undergoes annual groundwater condition checks.

The club provides shotgun rentals and sells ammunition on-site. Trained instructors conduct lessons for beginners, including youth from the age of 14. The range regularly hosts competitions — from club championships to district tournaments. Payment is cash only. The range is suitable for both first-time experiences with clay target shooting and preparation for competitions.
