WTC St. Moritz

Wurftaubenclub St. Moritz — a shooting range for clay target shooting in the alpine Engadin, Graubünden canton, Switzerland. Located near the former Olympic ski jump Lej Falcun at an altitude of 1820 m above sea level, the range welcomes both experienced shooters and beginners, as well as hunters looking to improve their skills in shooting moving targets.

The main discipline is compact sporting: the facility features 18 compact machines and a separate stand for beginners with three machines. In addition to compact, trap competitions are also held. The range is a member of the Swiss Clay Shooting Federation and FITASC, allowing for the organization of official international competitions. Among the regular tournaments are the Beretta Gold Cup (200 targets, compact), Bündner-Meisterschaft (100 targets, compact), Coppa Gallo Alpino, Suvretta House Trophy, Falcun Cup, and Coppa Dorigo. Separate training shoots for hunters are conducted.

The shooting range operates from mid-May to the end of August, with additional training days in October. Shotgun shooting courses are conducted by instructor Bruno Achermann. Shotgun rentals (CHF 10/hour) and ammunition purchases are available on-site. For groups of 1 to 8+ people, "Schnupperschiessen" packages are offered — a trial shooting experience with everything needed. The Peppino restaurant, serving Valtellina and Puschlav cuisine, is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 regardless of the shooting season.

The range is suitable for both first-time experiences with clay target shooting and preparation for competitions at the cantonal and international championship levels.
