Wanganui Rangitikei Clay Target Club

Wanganui Rangitikei Clay Target Club — a shooting range for clay target shooting, located on Marangai Road in Whanganui (Whanganui-Manawatu, New Zealand). The club has its roots in the Wanganui Gun Club, which is over a hundred years old, and after merging with the club from the Rangitikei region, it adopted its current name. The range is a member of the New Zealand Clay Target Association (NZCTA).

Competitions in DTL, skeet, sporting, and five-stand are held on the club's grounds. The club is one of two ranges in the southern part of the North Island that has the infrastructure to host national and provincial competitions in sporting. With a grant from the New Zealand Community Trust, the club has acquired new machines capable of throwing targets of various sizes and at different distances, allowing for the organization of international-level competitions.

Ammunition and refreshments are available at events. The range hosts participants of the Masters Games, school competitions, and corporate events. The club is suitable for both beginners making their first shots and experienced clay shooters preparing for national championships.
