About
Tucson Trap & Skeet Club — a clay target shooting range on 380 acres in the Sonoran Desert, located eight miles west of downtown Tucson, Arizona, USA. Founded in 1948 as a member-owned club, it is one of the largest shotgun ranges in the western United States and offers seven clay target shooting disciplines under one roof.
The ABT line features 50 fields with a Canterbury system. Skeet is represented by 14 fields, all suitable for international format. Olympic trap — 5 fields. Sporting is hosted on 5 courses with over 60 stations in total, including a separate course for small calibers. Five-stand — 2 fields with six to eight machines on each. FITASC — 4 European-style courses with shooting without prior loading. Helice — a full ZZ Bird ring, one of the few open to the public in North America.
The club hosts weekly leagues on Tuesdays (trap, skeet, sporting, combo) and registered competitions throughout the season. On-site is the Coyote Springs campground with over 200 RV sites with full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 A). The café operates on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There is a pro shop with ammunition and gear. The club offers instructor services and organizes corporate events.
The range is suitable for both beginners making their first shots and experienced shooters preparing for regional and international competitions.
