Tiro a Volo La Silva is a shooting range for clay target shooting located in Cerchiara di Calabria, province of Cosenza, Calabria (Italy). Situated on the northern Ionian slope of the region, at the foot of the Pollino National Park, the facility has been affiliated with FITAV since 1974 and is one of the largest in Central-Southern Italy.
The range features facilities for Olympic Trap and Skeet — both disciplines are represented at the level of official federal competitions: in May 2026, the Grand Prix of the Interforce Trap and Skeet Competitions took place here. Sporting is also operational, and two fields are equipped with lighting for night shooting. The number of stands and manufacturers of the machines are not specified in open sources.
La Silva hosts provincial, regional, and national championships. Instructors work at the range, and courses for beginners and youth programs are organized — in particular, the facility participates in the FITAV project "Adotta la scuola," aimed at engaging school students in clay target shooting. Every August, the traditional Trofeo Alto Jonio in Trap is held.
On-site, there is a restaurant, pizzeria, and bar. The shooting range is suitable for both competition preparation in Trap and Skeet and for first-time experiences in clay target shooting.
