The ASD TAV Interdonato shooting range is located in the Contrada Agone area of the municipality of Nizza di Sicilia (Messina province, Sicily, Italy). It is a municipal facility for clay target shooting, accredited to host national competitions under the auspices of the Italian Clay Pigeon Shooting Federation (FITAV). The range is named after Gaetano Longo Interdonato — a native of Nizza di Sicilia and the first great Sicilian world champion in clay target shooting.
The range features four stands for clay target shooting. The main disciplines are Olympic trap and skeet. This is where regional and national stages of the winter championship for Olympic trap are held for the eastern part of Sicily. Additionally, the facility includes a hunting simulation course (percorso di caccia) and a helis stand.
Among other disciplines, there is a shooting range for precision pistol shooting at a distance of 25 meters. The range is suitable for both competition preparation and training for shooters of all levels — from beginners to athletes competing at the national level. The facility is managed by ASD TAV Interdonato under the leadership of President Carlo Clementi.
