Tiro a Volo Bologna
About
The Tiro a Volo Bologna shooting range is located in Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna province, Emilia-Romagna, Italy) and is one of the oldest clay target shooting clubs in the country — founded in the second half of the 19th century. Today, it is a multi-field complex with 8 layouts and around 300 club members.
The main disciplines of clay target shooting are trap and heli. The club has also hosted competitions in skeet and trap at the world and European championship levels. In June 2026, the range will host the 58th European Championship in heli shooting. The heli and trap machines operate every weekend as part of club and open competitions.
The infrastructure includes parking, a bar, and a restaurant directly on-site, as well as a gunsmith with shotgun servicing. Instructor services and courses for beginners are available.
With a long competitive tradition and developed infrastructure, TAV Bologna is suitable for both shooters taking their first steps in clay target shooting and experienced athletes preparing for competitions at regional, national, and international levels.
