Tennessee Clay Target Complex
About
Tennessee Clay Target Complex — a shooting range for clay target shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, operating under the Nashville Gun Club. Founded in 1876, the club is the largest venue for clay target shooting in the state. The range is open to the general public and club members, suitable for both beginners and experienced shooters.
The following clay target shooting disciplines are available at the range: ABT, skeet, Olympic trap, and sporting. The sporting course consists of at least two layouts — Red (12 stations) and White (15 stations) — with automatic traps featuring a delay release, allowing shooting without a separate trapper. The skeet and ABT fields are sufficiently equipped for simultaneous training and competitions. The sporting course is located on a route over 1.6 km long from the clubhouse.
The range also hosts competitions of various levels, including youth tournaments as part of the SCTP program. There are restrooms available directly on the sporting course. The range is located just 5 minutes from I-40, making it convenient for visitors from across the region. Tennessee Clay Target Complex is a practical choice for shooters of any level: from first-time experiences in clay target shooting to preparation for serious competitions in various disciplines.
