TARGET WORLD Landscheid

TARGET WORLD Landscheid is a shooting sports center in Landscheid (Eifel, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany), designed for both experienced clay shooters and hunters, as well as those taking their first steps in clay target shooting.

Clay shooting is the heart of the complex. On four stands for smoothbore firearms, trap (in both "Turbulenzer" and Olympic variants), skeet, sporting, and compact sporting are available. The hunting sporting is represented by the "Gamewalk" course with simulations of "Grouse Butts" and "High Pheasant" — elements of the English tradition of field shooting right in the Eifel. In total, there are about 100 machines installed on the stands, and the annual volume of throws exceeds 2 million clay targets. All shooting sessions require prior reservation; without a reservation, shooting is available on Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

For rifle shooting, there are ten 100-meter lines (or directions) with electronic hit indication, a running boar stand with an integrated Kiphase system, as well as an indoor shooting cinema with real hunting video footage at a distance of about 35 meters. Additionally, positions for handguns are equipped.

The campus infrastructure includes the Hunter's Lodge with 29 air-conditioned rooms, the Weidblick restaurant, a bar, conference rooms, a shop, and a Gunroom with its own workshop for making shotguns and rifles. The academy offers courses from beginners to advanced training, including hunting minimum courses. The shooting range is suitable for both first encounters with clay shooting and preparation for competitions.
