Swakopmund Clay Shooting Club

Swakopmund Clay Shooting Club is a shooting range for clay target shooting located in the Swakop River Valley, approximately 8 kilometers from Swakopmund (Namibia), next to the Rossmund Golf Course. The club has its roots in the traditional clay target shooting club "Tontaubenklub" and currently operates under the name Swakopmund Clay Shooting Club.

The range features facilities for two disciplines of clay target shooting: DTL and trap. Both formats involve shooting at targets that fly away from the shooter and are well-suited for both beginners and experienced shooters.

In addition to clay target shooting, the facility has a pistol range for shooting at a distance of 25 meters. The club is open to non-members—anyone can join the training sessions. Instruction and necessary equipment are available for newcomers. There is a clubhouse on the range. Training sessions are conducted according to a schedule that can be obtained directly from the club.

The range is suitable for those taking their first steps in clay target shooting as well as for experienced shooters looking for a place for regular training on the Namibian coast.
