The Nižná Hutka Shooting Range is located in the village of the same name near Košice (Košice-okolie), Slovakia, and is owned by the district organization of the Slovak Hunting Union (OkO SPZ Košice-okolie). Open to the general public since July 2010, it offers clay target shooting in a natural setting.
For clay target shooters, there are two skeet fields and an Olympic trap. Falcon-czech. Additionally, preparations are underway for a compact sporting layout: mobile machines and an electronic launch system have been acquired. Among the clay target disciplines, there is also rabbit shooting.
For rifle disciplines, the range has facilities at 50 m (30 lanes in a covered building), 75 m (with a moving boar), and 100 m, as well as a pistol range at 25 m with 16 lanes. Firearm rental, instructor services, and eye and ear protection are available for visitors without their own firearms. There is a chat area suitable for corporate events, seminars, and tourist accommodation. The shooting range is suitable for both beginners making their first shots at clay targets and experienced shooters preparing for competitions.
