Starkville Gun Club

Starkville Gun Club — a private shooting club located in Starkville, Mississippi (USA), at 2125 Sixteen Section Road. The club operates exclusively for members and their guests and offers a wide range of disciplines in clay target shooting and other shooting sports.

For clay target shooters, there are two skeet and ABT fields. The skeet field is equipped with eight stations and two machines, with shooting conducted according to NSSA rules in series of 25 targets. ABT operates under ATA rules. Additionally, there is a five-stand field, known among club members as the "Kamikaze Dove Field," which simulates field hunting conditions. The sporting course runs through a wooded area approximately 2.1 km long and includes 12 shooting stations with a total round of 50 targets; the field is equipped with an electronic scoring system that allows a solo shooter to use a delayed start course. The club is an affiliated venue for sanctioned ATA, NSSA, and NSCA competitions.

In addition to clay target shooting, club members have access to rifle ranges at 100 and 300 yards (the 300-yard range has 14 positions over 7 tables with a covered firing line), pistol ranges with distances from 3 to 60 yards, as well as a 3D archery range. The club features a clubhouse with restrooms and controlled access (RFID card). Instructors and training courses are available, including for beginners. Night shooting takes place on Thursdays. The club is suitable for both those taking their first steps in clay target shooting and experienced shooters preparing for competitions.
