About
Schietvereniging Flevo — a shooting club based at the Dorhout Mees complex in Biddinghuizen (Flevoland province, Netherlands). The range is designed for both beginners and experienced shooters in clay target shooting.
Clay target shooting is the main focus: the facility features three skeet fields and one ball-trap field. Additionally, there is a sporting-like course with various machines — towers, rabbits, teal, crossing, outgoing, and incoming targets. Shooting is conducted with smoothbore shotguns; ammunition, shotgun, hearing and eye protection are included in the lesson cost. In bad weather, shooters can stay under a shelter and continue training. Each session is conducted under the guidance of a certified instructor.
Archery and airgun shooting are also available on the same premises. The Dorhout Mees complex offers extensive infrastructure: a restaurant, hotel with rooms and apartments, sauna, free Wi-Fi for guests, several conference rooms, and a wide range of corporate and group programs. On-site parking is available.
The shooting range is suitable for first-time experiences with clay target shooting, regular training, and corporate events. Club membership requires registration with KNSA (Royal Dutch Shooting Sport Federation).
