National Shooting Training Base Gongxi Shooting Range (國家運動訓練中心-公西靶場)

The Gongxi Shooting Range (公西靶場) of the National Sports Training Center is located in the Guishan District of Taoyuan City, Taiwan. It is the first shooting range in the country fully compliant with ISSF standards, built after a major renovation costing approximately NT$1.4 billion and officially opened in October 2018. The facility is primarily aimed at training national teams for the Olympic Games, Asian Games, and other major international competitions, as well as hosting national and international shooting tournaments.

In the field of clay target shooting, the range has three standard trap fields (飛靶場) that meet international competition requirements. National team athletes regularly compete in ISSF events in the discipline of "random direction" (不定向飛靶), corresponding to Olympic skeet and trap.

For rifle disciplines, the range offers: a 10m air rifle range (80 lanes plus 2 moving target setups), a 10m finals range (10 lanes), a 25m range (11 setups), a 50m range (60 lanes), and a 50m finals range (10 lanes). All ranges are equipped with electronic targets.

The complex's infrastructure includes athlete accommodation (12 suites, including one accessible for individuals with disabilities, and 4 rooms with bunk beds), a dining hall, a strength training room, a medical office, rooms for judges and coaches, as well as a doping control room. The Gongxi Shooting Range serves as a foundational facility for training Taiwanese shooters from youth levels to elite international competitions.
