The National Clay Shooting Centre (NCSC) is located at Bisley Camp, Surrey, United Kingdom, 30 miles from central London. The range was built for the 2002 Commonwealth Games and serves as the official training ground for the Great Britain clay shooting team. It caters to both beginners and experienced shooters preparing for top-level competitions.
The range specializes in skeet and trap. Available disciplines include English skeet, Olympic skeet, Olympic trap, DTL, sport trap, ABT, and universal trench. Sporting is also available through the adjacent range — 30 stands. Over 90 machines from Promatic are installed on-site. The infrastructure includes 4 main stands for skeet and Olympic trap, 3 stands for DTL, and 2 training stands. All trap positions are equipped with acoustic release, computer scoring, and machine sequencers; all shooting positions are covered.
Competitions are regularly held at the range: registered CPSA shoots, BICTSF qualifiers, and NCSC club competitions. Shooting lessons are available for all disciplines — from novices to experienced shooters. Corporate events and youth programs are also organized. There is a café with a terrace overlooking the stands and a pro shop. Parking is free and spacious. The range is open from Tuesday to Sunday; during the summer season, evening shoots are held on Wednesdays until 7:30 PM.
