About

Malakasa Shooting Complex — a shooting range for clay target shooting located in the Milesi area (Attica, Greece), situated 5 kilometers from the Malakasa exit on the Athens–Larissa highway. The facility is owned by the Psachnón Shooting Club and is suitable for both beginners and experienced clay shooters, as well as participants in international competitions.

The range features five combined fields for Olympic trap and skeet, eight compact sporting (FITASC) fields, and two English Sporting fields. The trap and skeet fields are equipped with Promatic machines (models from 2021 and 2025) and digital acoustic systems from Elettronica Progetti. The range's orientation to the northeast (41°) provides optimal visibility for most of the day — the sun remains behind or to the side of the shooter. The amphitheater-like terrain with a forest backdrop allows for various target trajectories, including high crossers and droppers.

In addition to clay target shooting, the facility has 12 fields for practical shooting (IPSC) and shooting at stationary targets, including pistol positions. The range features a modern waiting area at the clubhouse level. A free trial lesson in clay target shooting is offered for newcomers. The facility hosts national and international competitions — notably, in 2025, it will host the ISSF World Championship in shotgun shooting with over 400 athletes from 68 countries.
