Lynden Shotgun Club
About
Lynden Shotgun Club — a shooting range for clay target shooting located in Lynden, Washington, USA. The club has been operating since 1971, fully maintained by volunteers and open to the public — from beginners to experienced shooters preparing for registered competitions.
The range features six combined skeet and five-stand layouts. The club regularly hosts registered competitions: skeet tournaments under the auspices of the Washington State Skeet Association (WSSA), the annual CanAm Open Registered Skeet Shoot, as well as PITA trap tournaments. A seasonal Lynden Skeet League operates — an internal league for club members that introduces new shooters to the competition format and prepares them for NSSA level tournaments. For students, there is an FFA Trap Shoot program and a youth program called Whatcom Clay Busters.
Monthly member meetings are held in the clubhouse. The range is suitable for both first-time experiences with clay target shooting and systematic preparation for competitions.
