Golden Gun Club — a shooting range for trap shooting and other disciplines, located in Watkins, Colorado, USA, 8 miles east of Denver International Airport. The club spans approximately 160 acres and welcomes both beginners and experienced shooters, including participants in registered competitions.
Trap shooting is the club's primary focus. The facility features five-stand fields and six skeet fields. Sporting is also available for visitors. The club hosts weekly leagues for five-stand and skeet, as well as monthly registered competitions under ATA and NSSA rules. The trap shooting fields are open to the public without mandatory membership.
In addition to trap disciplines, the club offers a rifle range up to 500 meters with covered positions for prone and supported shooting, as well as a 25-meter section for .22 caliber rifles and shotgun slugs. Pistol shooting is possible on a covered 25-meter range. These sections are primarily available for club members. Other disciplines include cowboy silhouette, muzzleloader shooting, bowling pin matches, and CMP Highpower competitions.
The facility features a kitchen with a barbecue menu, a picnic area, and RV parking during major events. The club provides shotgun rentals and sells ammunition on-site. The five-stand and skeet fields can be rented for corporate events and group activities.
