Dartford Clay Shooting Club
About
Dartford Clay Shooting Club is located at Joyce Green Farm in Dartford, Kent, United Kingdom. The range holds CPSA Premier Plus status — one of the few venues of this level in the country — and welcomes both beginners and experienced clay shooters.
The range offers a wide variety of clay shooting disciplines. There are four skeet layouts. Trap disciplines are represented by two DTL (Down the Line) layouts, a separate ABT (Automatic Ball Trap) layout, and a Universal Trench. The sporting course consists of 14 stands set in woodland, available for practice every day the range is open. There is also a Compak Sporting layout. Among the registered CPSA disciplines are FITASC Sporting and Olympic Trap. Competitions for English Skeet and Skeet Doubles are held every weekend, with NSSA competitions every two weeks, and DTL several times a month.
The infrastructure of the range includes a spacious clubhouse with a café (hot food until 14:45, Wednesday — drinks and snacks only), a billiards table, darts, and a large screen. There is an indoor "Have A Go" training area for lessons with an instructor, full accessibility for disabled individuals to all layouts and the clubhouse, as well as disabled toilets. Several certified coaches work at the range. The range is open from Thursday to Sunday (summer until 17:00, winter until 16:00), as well as on bank holidays.
