Crynant Shooting Ground
About
Crynant Shooting Ground — a shooting range for clay target shooting, located in the countryside on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in the Neath Valley, South Wales, United Kingdom. The range accommodates both beginners and experienced clay shooters, including international-level competitors.
The range features facilities for five disciplines of clay target shooting: ABT, Olympic Trap, Skeet, DTL, and Sporting. All disciplines are available to visitors and club members throughout the year.
The range offers training for all skill levels: taster sessions for those who have never held a shotgun, individual lessons with experienced instructors, as well as junior programs — the club has experience in training young shooters for national team competitions. A dedicated area is available for corporate and group events: team building, hen parties, birthdays, and other occasions.
The infrastructure includes a clubhouse with a lounge area, toilets and washbasins, parking for 40–50 cars with the possibility of expansion on busy days.
Crynant Shooting Ground is suitable for both first-time experiences in clay target shooting and focused preparation for competitions in trap, skeet, or sporting.
