About
Clube dos Caçadores do Porto (CCP) is one of the oldest shooting clubs in Portugal, founded in 1878. The shooting range is located in the picturesque area of Foz do Sousa in the municipality of Gondomar, approximately 10 km from the center of Porto, and serves both experienced clay shooters and beginners.
In clay target shooting, the club offers facilities for Olympic Trap and Hélices (ZZ Bird), as well as FITASC Sporting. The club is a federal venue of FPTAC and regularly hosts national competitions, including the Portuguese Championship in Olympic Trap and the Porto Grand Prix.
The infrastructure includes gun rental and storage with a cleaning room, a shooting shop with ammunition, as well as instructor services in both individual and group formats. On-site, there is a restaurant known for its regional cuisine and spacious parking. The club is suitable for both high-level competition preparation and first-time experiences in clay target shooting.
