About

Clube de Tiro Vale das Pedras — a shooting range for clay target shooting, located in Ota (municipality of Alenquer, Lisbon region, Portugal), approximately 40 km northeast of Lisbon. Founded on May 6, 1996, by brothers Luís and João Archer, the club has grown to 12 specialized stands covering both Olympic and hunting disciplines of clay target shooting.

The range offers Olympic trap, DTL, FITASC sporting, compact sporting, helis, as well as hunting courses in a natural pine forest. The terrain allows for the creation of complex and unpredictable trajectories for the targets, making training as close to real hunting conditions as possible. The club is an accredited partner of FITASC and hosted the 2012 FITASC Sporting European Championship, as well as being selected as the venue for the 2026 Beretta World Cup final in sporting.

The infrastructure includes a restaurant, bar, clubhouse, pro shop, and a children's playground. There is a green area for walking. Parking is free. The club offers shooting lessons with an instructor. The range is suitable for both beginners making their first shots and experienced shooters preparing for international competitions.
