Domaine du Château de Chérimont
About
Chérimont Clay Shooting — a shooting range for clay target shooting located in Andenne (Wallonia, Belgium), within a 45-hectare castle domain featuring wooded terrain in the Meuse valley. The range positions itself as the largest clay shooting facility in Belgium and one of the leading venues in the Benelux, open year-round for shooters of all levels — from beginners to participants in international competitions.
The range offers five disciplines of clay target shooting: compact sporting, sporting, Olympic skeet, DTL, and Helice (ZZ). There are 13 named layouts on the premises: Le Talus, Le Practice, La Butte, Le Pré, L'Orée du Bois, Le Vertige, La Petite Afrique, Les Roseaux, Les Sapins, La Clairière, La Fosse, La Haute Falaise, and Le Skeet. Over 100 machines and at least 100 shooting positions are installed. The Olympic skeet layout also supports Olympic and hunting formats. The range regularly hosts national and international competitions.
In addition to clay target shooting, the domain features a Field Target section — 4 covered positions for shooting with air rifles and air pistols, as well as ranges for archery and crossbow (targets, natural trails, 3D targets) and paintball. The clubhouse with a large covered terrace overlooking the Meuse valley, a restaurant, and a pro shop provide a complete infrastructure. A team of experienced instructors conducts training for beginners and competition preparation.
