The Cardinal Center — a shooting range for clay target shooting and camping in Marengo, Ohio, USA, located on approximately 1,100 acres, just 30 minutes north of Columbus. The facility caters to a wide range of shooters, from beginners to participants in top-level registered competitions.
The range offers four main disciplines of clay target shooting. The ABT line features 52 fields equipped with Canterbury Voice Calls and is the largest in Ohio; additionally, there are four fields specifically set up for Olympic trap. Skeet is represented by 18 fields. Sporting, FITASC, and five-stand are also available.
The range regularly hosts major registered competitions: Ohio State Shoot, Cardinal Classic, SCTP Nationals, and more. The outdoor pistol range has 14 bays measuring 40×75 feet, with two shooting positions in each; the first two bays are equipped with steel targets. On-site is the Red Feather Outfitters shop, offering firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Shotgun rentals, protective gear, and instructors are available. The camping area includes over 400 sites for campers and 29 cabins. The facility is suitable for both first-time experiences in clay target shooting and preparation for international-level competitions.
