Boise Gun Club
About
Boise Gun Club — a shooting range for clay target shooting located in Kuna, Idaho, USA, at 2350 E Kuna Mora Rd on the outskirts of Boise. The club was founded in 1898; it is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(4) status, and all funds are reinvested in the maintenance and development of the facility.
The range specializes exclusively in shotgun disciplines — ABT and skeet. The complex includes fourteen trap fields and four skeet fields. A sporting course is also mentioned. The club is a registered venue of the American Trap Association (ATA), the Pacific International Trap Association (PITA), and the National Skeet Shooting Association (NSSA), allowing for official competitions. Four 10-week leagues (Continental, Winter, Camas, and Summer) are held each year, along with registered skeet and trap tournaments.
The range is equipped with lighting for evening shooting. The clubhouse offers snacks, drinks, ammunition, merchandise, and a commercial kitchen. Shotgun rentals are available for those wishing to try clay target shooting for the first time — with valid identification. Private lessons for trap and skeet can be arranged separately. RV parking is available. The clubhouse can be rented for private events.
Boise Gun Club is suitable for both first-time shooters and those preparing for ATA/NSSA level competitions.
