Σκοπευτήριο Αχαρνών ΠΑΡΝΗΣ - Acharnes Shooting Range
About
Acharnes Shooting Range "Parnis" is a municipal shooting range for clay target shooting, located in Acharnes (Menidi area), Attica, Greece, relatively close to the center of Athens. The club was founded in 1988 by a group of enthusiasts who simultaneously established the Acharnes Shooting Club "O Parnis". The land was allocated by the municipality of Acharnes in 1989 exclusively for the establishment of the shooting range.
The range specializes in clay target shooting. Available Olympic disciplines include trap and skeet. Additionally, there is a sporting clays area where both training and competitions are held. In particular, official sporting competitions with 50 targets have been organized here multiple times under the auspices of the Hellenic Shooting Federation.
Due to its convenient location near Athens, it is one of the most visited places for trap and skeet training in Attica. The shooting range is suitable for both experienced athletes preparing for competitions and those who are just starting to get acquainted with clay target shooting.
