A.S.D. Tiro A Volo Porpetto

ASD Tiro a Volo Porpetto — a shooting range for clay target shooting, located in the La Foredana area near Porpetto (Udine province, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy). Founded in 1988, the association is one of the largest facilities for clay target shooting in Northeast Italy and the third largest in the country.

The range offers three Olympic disciplines: Olympic trap, skeet, and compact sporting. Following the completion of its expansion, the facility boasts ten multifunctional fields: six fields for Olympic trap, six fields for skeet, and eight fields for compact sporting. With such capacity, the range regularly hosts federal-level FITAV competitions — including the Skeet Grand Prix, the first-category Olympic Trap Grand Prix, Friuli Day, Alpe Adria Cup, and Baschieri Cup for compact sporting. In 2017 and 2024, it hosted the World Cup for juniors in all Olympic disciplines of clay target shooting; the next edition is confirmed for 2026. The fields are regularly used for training by Olympic champion Chiara Cainero and Olympic trap champion Giovanni Cernogoraz, who also conducts Shooting Data Camp Beretta training camps here.

The range attracts shooters from Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. The association actively develops junior programs and para-trap. For beginners and experienced shooters looking to prepare for regional or international competitions, Porpetto is one of the best-equipped shooting ranges in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
